These terms and conditions govern your use of the Selah Mail Studio website and your subscription to our monthly hand-crafted bundles. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on this page.
Subscription
Selah Mail Studio is a Christian mail-out monthly subscription based business. You may choose a Monthly, 6 monthly Prepay or 12 monthly Prepay plan.
Billing & payments
Prices are displayed in the selected currency (NZD or AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely through our checkout partner. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges according to your chosen plan. You will receive an order confirmation each time a payment is processed.
Shipping & delivery
We currently only ship within New Zealand and to Australia. Bundles are generally posted around the beginning of each month. Delivery times vary by location and are not guaranteed. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date in your account.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime through your customer account. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your bundle arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
Content & intellectual property
All photography, poetry, scripture cards, artwork, and written materials included in our bundles are created for personal use by subscribers. Please do not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our original content without written permission.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to fulfil your subscription and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. For more details, please contact us directly.
