Frequently asked questions
When is the sign-up deadline?
Register on or before the 26th to get next month's mail. If you sign up on the 27th or later, your first letter will arrive the following month. All mail ships during the first week of each month.
Example: If you sign up before or on the 26th of February, you will receive our March letter. If you sign up from the 27th of February, you will receive our April letter.
We understand if this is confusing, please let us know if you have any questions, we are more than happy to help!
When will I receive my letter?
All letters are sent out within the first week of every month. They are sent via NZ Post and generally take up to three business days. Delivery times for international subscribers may be a little longer, generally seven to ten business days.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel or pause your subscription through your customer portal after you have registered with us.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within New Zealand and to Australia.
What if my bundle arrives damaged?
Let us know at pisila@selahmailstudio.co.nz and we’ll make it right. We may ask for a photo so we can improve our packaging.
Can I send a bundle as a gift?
Gift subscriptions are coming soon. For now, the best way to gift Selah is to share our subscription page with someone you love.
